We chose a beekeeper from the Gohor region as it is regarded as one of the purest in Europe. This forest is surrounded by fields filled with wild flowers to feed the village animals. This creates a separation with the city, resulting in a more natural honey rich in flavor. Made from the nectar of different types of flowers, the scent is very expressive and denotes a nuanced aromatic bouquet.
